GENERAL SUMMARY
This position will perform a wide variety of administrative services in support of the day-to-day operations for multiple Senior Executives at the Credit Union. This position will require initiative, judgment, and independent decision-making. This position will serve as a proactive team member by volunteering and participating in events and committees while providing valuable input and suggestions. Additionally, this role will be required to address all tasks and concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. This position will be required to interact warmly and enthusiastically with employees, members, guests, and Board members and will be a crucial partner in accomplishing several projects and tasks that impact the daily operations of the Executive Team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High School Diploma with related coursework in word processing, secretarial skills and general office background.
